Sire: Bet Hesa Cat
Dam: Lexis Cookie Monster
2013 stallion - We are excited to finally promote this stallion, an own
son of Bet Hesa Cat and out of an own daughter of Cookie Dash.
Bet Hesa Cat needs no introduction in the cutting world. Earner of over
$267,000. NRCHA Open World Champion, only world champion at age 5 in
history, only world champion stallion by High Brow Cat and only world
champion whose dam is also a world champion.
Cookie Dash has proven herself in the barrel industry with top
performers like Frosted Cookies (raised and started right here at
DHD), aka Fonda Galbreath's amazing "Lola". Watson's
dam, Lexis Cookie Monster, is an own daughter of Cookie Dash that was on
her way to a promising barrel career that was cut short by a traumatic
injury.
We are totally loving how the Watson babies are turning out and riding!!! He is looking like a great cross in our program.

Buck is the first true QH outcross that we have had in many years. He brings
some top performance bloodlines to cross in our foundation program and we
are excited to see
what this produces. His first Colts hit the ground in
2023.
Buck was started here at DHD as a two-year-old and then spent six months in
cow Horse training. He then moved onto barrels with Shausta Blodgett, and
Lexi, with some light
Hauling in 2023. He finished up the fall at the Top
Hand Cowgirl Challenge.
Watch for Buck and Lexi at barrel races, brandings and what not, and let us
know what you think.

Reference Sires:
DHD Gunnin For Gold
Sire: Sixes Country
Dam: DHD Baywatch Barbie
This is Gunner!!! 2014 Buckskin Stallion by the 6666 sire Sixes Country and out of the mare DHD Baywatch Barbie. Gunner
has turned into an outstanding rider. Started by myself and then shown
in reined cowhorse for a bit by Kevin Vesey, we were super satisfied
with how he progressed. Gunner has spent a lot of time teaching Sheri
the in's and out's of what a 'show horse' is all about!! He's the little
pet of the stallion group and his first foal in 2020 looks outstanding.
We can't wait to see if these colts take it to another level!! | |

Comments:
Junior is the result of what we have strived for in our program, a home
raised horse with what it takes to be an improvement to our breeding or
anyone else's. This horse is the reason that his sire was retired.
Solid build with a smooth ride, big stop and with more athleticism than
his sire, we think he will produce solid performance prospects. Part of
any breeding program is improving the quality of what they produce and
we fully expect Junior to do that in our program. He has a wonderful
disposition and every bit of the trainability that his sire was known
for. The bonus with this horse is that he is gray, our favorite color.

Comments:
Beepers Lad is a TB with genetics for short distance racing with a more
typical foundation quarter horse conformation and should be an
outstanding cross on our foundation quarter horse mares. Purchased from
Reiswig TB's, he is unraced and used as a 2 and 3 yo as a sire for
chariot and chuckwagon prospects. Only minimally handled until
purchased by DHD, he has an outstanding disposition and with only a
little work, is currently being ridden.
He currently has full and half siblings that are track winners,
jumpers, barrel racing earners as well as all around horses. We
are currently riding his offspring ourselves and competing in mounted
shooting, barrels, poles and for any work or play we want to get done.
They have been great to work with and train.
